Red Sox starting pitcher Clay Buccholz picked up his second win of the season on Wednesday in Minnesota, however he continued to pitch incredibly poorly, allowing five runs for the fourth start in a row to start his season. Buchholz was fine for most of the start, allowing one run through the first five innings, however he came unraveled in the sixth, allowing three hits and a walk before being pulled. With the base loaded, he was pulled, however the Red Sox’s relief troubles continued and all of his runners were allowed to score. He finished with five runs, 10 hits, three walks and only two strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
